By placing an order with Mprints, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Custom & Personalised Products: Our certificates are made according to the information and specifications provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, wording, and other personalised details are correct before submitting an order.

Orders: An order is accepted once payment has been successfully received and we have accepted the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including orders containing unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate content.

Proofs & Approvals: Where we provide a design proof, the customer is responsible for checking all details carefully before approving it for production. Once a proof has been approved, changes may not be possible.

Pricing & Payment: Prices displayed on our website may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property: Our website, designs, templates, graphics, branding, and original content remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Customers must not copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute our designs without written permission.

Liability: We will take reasonable care to provide products that match the order placed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the applicable courts of England and Wales.
