Shipping policy

We create personalised certificates to order, so processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product and order requirements.

Processing Times: Orders are normally processed within 3-7 working days before dispatch. Where a design proof is provided, processing will normally begin after approval.

Delivery: Available delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery service has specifically been purchased.

Delivery Delays: Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant delivery provider. Delays caused by postal services, couriers, severe weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Incorrect Delivery Information: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Damaged Parcels: If your certificate arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

International Orders: For international deliveries, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
